How do you keep score?
Everyone does it. Keep score that is. We all do it in different ways, with different points of emphasis. But we all keep score.
There’s the usual laundry list of culprits. Money. Appearances. Education. Possessions. Position.
We know enough to, at least, act like we don’t keep score. That will keep up from using the things that we have been warned against. But it doesn’t stay us from keeping score. Often, ironically enough, it is the abandoning of those material “things” that will improve our scores in other areas.
I have been thinking a lot about how I keep score. More on that later…
